To be successfull as you progress through the game you will need to unlock Capos from the Night Club and then equip them as soon as possible. When a Capo has been unlocked you will be able to enhance them by collecting their required items. To find out what these are and how to get them you simply have to tap on the Capo. Skills can also be added to their profile which can then be swithched during the game with better skills when you get them.
