You need to use an Ensanguined Rood on Floor 3 of San Bronsa Ruins. Again, this item drops from enemies and battles in the San Bronsa Ruins. It can only be used on Skeletons or Ghosts. You will need Seraph's Pact to convince a Divine Knight to join you.
