Unlock Maximum Difficulty in VS Mode
At the 'Character' selection screen, hold L and press Y before selecting a CPU player to unlock the maximum difficulty in VS mode.
Unlock Win Counter in Multiplayer Mode
To enable the win counter in Multiplayer mode hold ZL and R and press Down, X, Y. You will hear a confirmation sound if you have entered the code in correctly.
Unlock ALL Characters, Skins, Voice Packs, and Music
At the 'Title' screen hold L and R and press Up, Down, Right, Left, X, B, Y, Y to unlock ALL characters, skins, voice packs, and music. You will hear a confirmation sound if you have entered the code in correctly.
