Question for Survivors: The Quest

Where is the Mountain Plateau satilite door code. I cannot find the saw blade so I think it is in here but all the codes I have do not work or else I am not spinning the lock correctly. I have been trying off and on for 8 months hoping something will pop up

Saw blade is in the fenced area next to the shower and gave wash place.... Do you know where to find pestle and mortar?
