My game will not save my game on survivors the quest can you tell me why I use the name prefect

This has been a common problem over the years with many people reporting this issue. Check that you are logged into whatever social channel you have with this game, and then check that you have the latest version. Completely restart your device and try again, if that still does not work, you should report the bug to the developers.
