I'm guessing you have to grab three in the game close to the same time. For this to work I think you must max out all the power-ups so you have the best chance of hitting all three at the same time. Maybe x2, magnet and boots would be a legitimate combo.

That's actually pretty simple. You would get two power-ups at the same time, which is really easy actually, and just activate a hover board. It also counts as one. If getting two is not so easy for you, you should upgrade your power-ups so they will last for a longer duration, and it will be more likely that you'll stumble across two at the same time.
You have to use 3 item's for EX : sneaker + hover board+ jetpack ... Or any item that gives power
Hover board is not considered as power up for this mission now. I am able to get only 2 power ups.. Any other option?

Step 1 collect 2 power ups
Step 2 die as soon as possible
Step 3 revive
Step 4 use headstart
Step 5 collect the power up you don't have
