To 'bump' into trains you just need to wait until they are alongside you, or you are alongside them, then swipe left or right so that you nudge them but don't fall off or get caught.
You may need to wait to gather up some more speed before trying this a second time as you might get caught otherwise.
To bump into trains is to lime when you are fighting an you bump into that person on their,shoulder that is what bump into 8 trains are ;-)
