Charcter tokens can be unlocked by buying, collecting, or unlocking mystery boxes. They can be bought for 500 coins each at the shop, found randomly on the tracks while your running, or unlocking them by collecting all the letters in the given word. I think the best way to unlock the tokins us to save up like 20,000 or so coins and then spending them all at once on mystery boxes. GOOD LUCK!!!!
