Around Fall, Year One You will unlock the Animal Safari and meet a new friend- Agate, the Ranger.
What you need to know about the Safari-
You can visit from any horseback riding point or from the Guild Office.
You can take up to 16 animals with you for some de-stressing and grazing time. You need to bring your own animal food with you. Feeders are provided. You can milk and shear there, but if your product accidentally catapults into the watering hole, your town friendship will drop. Cats/Dogs/Pregnant Animals are not welcome.
While visiting on horse back is free, visiting from the Guild will cost money. Around 100G per creature.
The Safari has two main areas: Left Safari and Right Safari
Left Safari has a pasture, two stumps for gathering (walk up to them and press A), and a Field for foraging.
Feeding The Wild Animals
To feed the Duck and Turtle in the Safari, Put your food gifts into the feeding area and chase them over. Don't throw them into the water!!
Right Safari has a Pond for diving and fishing, a duck and a goose for wild animal befriending, some grassy areas for foraging, a Mining spot and a foraging stump.
The Safari will be the only place to find colored tufts for clothes making, so DON"T SELL THEM!! They can be foraged off of the ground or from stumps, so keep an eye out.
