Introduction

One of the highest anticipated games of the year, Star Wars: The Old Republic had a lot expected of it-And delivered in every way, shape, and form. It has the elements of an MMO and the feel of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic all thrown together and gift wrapped. I'll go over a few of my favorite things in this review, so sit back and enjoy!

Graphics

The graphics were pretty good, but they had their moments when they would suddenly go haywire-Characters would appear as their uncolored polygons, and the buildings and/or surrounds would suddenly disappear or move. While this was frustrating, you still got sucked back in a few minutes. I found them, for the most part, interesting and kept me happy.

Overall, I have to give it a eight out of ten because it still has some issues, ones that will hopefully be soon fixed.

Sound

The sound was pretty good. The music fit the situation, so combat music was appropriate for a fight, and the background music when you were questing always made you feel all the more immmersed. I liked it a lot, and felt it mad the game that much better.

Overall, I have to give the sound a nine out of ten.

Gameplay

Fantastic. Fantastic. Fantastic.

That is all I can say. In the time I've played so far, I've gotten a Trooper Vanguard up to Level 25, and it is fantastical. I love every moment of it, and average a time played per at about six hours. I love it. It is complete, immersive, and it makes you keep playing. And playing. And playing until you just can't any more.

My favorite parts are namely PvPing (Player Versus Player) and Flashpoints, which are basically group missions. They are all very well done, and fun to boot.

Overall, I give it a nine out of ten.

Lastability

This game will have people playing it until BioWare and LucasArts decide it is time to move in a different direction. This game attracts MMO lovers, Star Wars lovers, and anyone else, and none of the three are ever going to be in short supply. This game is incredibly lastable-You really cannot run out of playable content. So I don't see this game leaving anytime soon.

Overall, a solid ten out of ten.

Overall

Overall, a fantastic game. With fun and adventure right around the corner and in no short supply in this game, it is a solid nine out of ten.

I will never stop playing this game. If I die while playing this game, then I will die a happy man. I blows away any other game I have ever played.

The only reason I give it a nine is the rare graphic errors that pop up from time to time.

I am very happy with this game, and I hope this review makes you want to play it as well!
