Star Wars Jedi: Survivor picks up five years after the events of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. Cal must stay one step ahead of the Empire's constant pursuit as he continues to feel the weight of being one of the last remaining Jedi in the galaxy.

- You can't do Everything Straight Away
Keep in mind that Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is a Metroidvania so you will not be able to do everything straight away. You will soon discover that there are obstacles in your way that you cannot overcome. In order to gain the rewards trapped in high places and reach the off-limits areas of the map which are behind green laser barriers you will first have to gain certain powers which can only be unlocked by progressing through the game.
- Find Health/Force Essence and Stim Cannisters
To increase your chances of surviving in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor it is essential that you find as many bonuses as possible. Especially the powerful upgrades around Health essence, Force essence, and stim canisters.
Keep an eye out for glowing crystals near the ground, or a cylindrical yellow container and crack them open to be rewarded with a significant boost.
- Upgrade the Survival Tree Skills First
Resist the temptation to upgrade Force powers or new lightsaber techniques first as they will be useless if your character is dead. To begin with, you should upgrade the skills in the Survival tree as these offer extra health, more healing, and more Force to help you get out of tricky situations.
