Easy Looting

There are items all around you in Spellbreak which can sometimes make it difficult to find the one you want to pick up. If you open your inventory you will be given a list of all the items that are nearby which will enable you to easily pick out the one you want to pick up.

What are the Elements

In Spellbreak there are six elements, each of which has it's own unique uses. Listed below are the elements and their effect when they interact with Spells and Sorceries.

Stone
This element damages enemies.

Fire
This element can set enemies ablaze, dealing damage over time.

Wind
This element can deflect spells and push or pull players.

Frost
This element can freeze enemies.

Lightning
This element shocks enemies, preventing them from casting spells.

Toxic
This element can corrode enemies, dealing damage over time.

How to get Gauntlets

In Spellbreak a Gauntlet is used to cast spells, without a gauntlet you will only have access to a magic missle spell which will not get you very far. Each gauntlet is imbued with one of the six elements in Spellbreak and has access to two spells based on that element. When you begin Spellbreak you will start with a gauntlet that is related to your class, a second gauntlet can be picked up which will allow you to make powerful elemental combinations. Your primary Gauntlet can only be upgraded in rarity, unlike the secondary one which can be swapped out freely.

Best Combo in Spellbreak

One of the best combos in Spellbreak is Stoneshaper/Pyromancer. If you have enough skill you can throw a large boulder of stone and then hit it with a ball of fire while it is travelling mid-air. If you are successful you will turn the boulder into a comet-like projectile that will deal massive damage to enemies that are in it's way.

What are the Classes Guide

Before you start a match in Spellbreak you must choose one of the six classes, these are Frostborn, Conduit, Pyromancer, Toxicologist, Stoneshaper, and Tempest. Each of these classes is centered around an element and will empower that element's corresponding Gauntlet. You start a match with a Common Gauntlet which can be upgraded in rarity (Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, and Legendary) as the match progresses unlike the secondary Gauntlet which can only be swapped out freely. The spells you cast using a Guantlet have no cooldown, but require mana to be cast. The more powerful Sorceries do have a cooldown, but don't require mana to cast. Listed below are the Spellbreak classes along with the abilities and spells associated with them.
