How do you Beat the Chapters?

In Sonic Runners Adventure there are four stages in total and they are referred to in the game as Chapters. Each Chapter is split into nine obligatory levels, two optional levels, and one boss. The obligatory levels become unlocked as you complete them but to unlock the optional levels requires that you collect a certain amount of stars. At the end of each Chapter you will encounter a boss which you will need to defeat to progresss to the next chapter. Below is a video walkthrough showing you how to beat each of the Chapters.
