SINoALICE has plenty of missions to complete within single acts that tend to be enclosed within chapters that are tied to a specific character. Try to complete at least one chapter of these missions for a character on a daily basis in order to earn a decent amount of Twilight Crystals and essential drop rewards.

A good strategy to complete a chapter of missions is to use the auto option during the first three waves of enemies and then during the final boss wave activate one of your Nightmare summons. After completing a chapter of missions for a character go to the gear sets edit menu to sort out the latest pieces of gear you have just unlocked.
