Adding Sewage System

So, again, considering your water table (a sewage output pipe is a ground polluter), and residential zones (sims don't like to live next to sewage output) plop your first sewage output pipe. Consider a place which will give you room later to add another adjacent pipe or a sewage treatment facility which is defiantely recommended later in the game.
