Controls
The first thing you need to work on is mastery of the controls. Like any shooter game the ability to check your surroundings while on the move is crucial.
First Mission
The first mission is a tutorial, don't rush through it. Pay close attention to what you are being taught via the interactive instructions as it will be your only chance to learn all the mechanics of the game without dying.
The Hub
Explore The Hub after you have completed your first mission, get to know the different NPC's such as John Slade, Big Red, and Willow who will help you throughout your career.
Big Red
Regularly visit Big Red's shop and compare the weapons and armours available there with what you have and then buy and exchange accordingly.
Weapons and Armour
Don't forget to claim your salary daily and use it to purchase better weapons and armour.
Rank Up
Rank up by completing Campaign mode missions. Doing this will also earn you lots of great rewards that will help you progress faster and unlocks new and better weapons, giving you more chances to win in PvP battles.
Duel Mode
If you struggle with the aiming and shooting mechanics of Duel mode you may want to consider practicing by playing the Campaign mode before you attempt it again.
PvP Ammunition
When you participate in a PvP match your primary ammunition will be well stocked and your secondary ammunition will be empty. The ammunition for your secondary weapons must be pried from the slowly regenerating ammo crates that can be found around the stages. The pistol ammunition will always be infinite.
Zoom In
When you are trying to shoot an enemy from range and the message 'out of range, inefficient range' appears on screen always zoom in to avoid wasting bullets.
Headshots
Go for headshots when up against AI foes in Campaign mode as pulling these off will help you rack up extra Ranking points.
