Shadow Warriors 3 is a first-person shooter. Fallen corporate shogun Lo Wang and his former employer turned nemesis turned sidekick Orochi Zilla embark on an improbable mission to recapture an ancient dragon they unwillingly unleashed from its eternal prison. Armed with a punishing mix of blades and bullets, Lo Wang must traverse uncharted parts of the world to track down the dark beast and push the apocalypse back yet again

Below is a collection of hints and tips that will help you to progress in the game. These include why you shouldn't kill the bunnies and why you should use the orbs wisely:

Turn off Subtitles

It is recommended that you turn off the subtitles in Shadow Warrior 3 as Lo Wang talks nonstop jive which can make the game look cluttered with all the action happening onscreen. You may be tempted to also mute the sound, but this is something you shouldn't do as it will prevent you from hearing enemies sneaking up on you.

Know what Demons to Kill

As you progress through Shadow Warrior 3 you will encounter more demons, and you will inevitably end up in situations where you will be taking on several demons at once. It is therefore important that you make a mental demon hierarchy, so you know which demon-types you have to kill first. For example, Laser Shoguns demons need to be dealt with first as they have a powerful long-range attack and can't be killed by just shooting at them, you need to get close in order to take them down.

Don't Kill the Bunnies

On some of the levels of Shadow Warrior 3 you will encounter harmless little bunnies. Resist the temptation to shoot them as doing so has will make a bunny icon appear on your screen near the health bar which indicates that down the line you will have to deal with a hard to kill demon bunny that looks similar to Oni Hanma but with a pair of rabbit ears and only drops a couple of Finisher Orbs.

Use the Orbs Wisely

As you traverse the multiple levels in Shadow Warrior 3 you will come across upgrade orbs, the purple ones for character upgrades, and the gray ones for weapon upgrades. Make sure you use these orbs wisely as some of them can be game-changers if used correctly. Two upgrades in particular that are useful are the Health Regeneration upgrade, which gradually gives you health over time, and the Hawkeye upgrade for The Basilisk, which slows time when you are charging a shot. Keep in mind you can get more weapon and character upgrade orbs by completing the in-game challenges.
