Sea Of Stars is a prequel story set in The Messenger's universe, it tells the story of two Children of the Solstice who will combine the powers of the sun and moon to perform Eclipse Magic, the only force capable of fending off the monstrous creations of the evil alchemist known as The Fleshmancer.

• Revisit Locations

  Over the course of a game many of the locations in Sea of Stars will change. Keep in mind also that the NPCs in these locations will have different things to say and play different roles.

  This means it is worthwhile returning to these locations to see what is new. The best time to revisit locations is at the end of the game when you have gained access to better fast travel options.

• Talk to Party Members

  Take the time to talk to party members in camp and on the ship as you progress through the game as they will talk about secret challenges and give you hints about locations you need to visit to unlock the game's alternate ending.

  If you talk to Teaks when you present her with new artifacts you find she will tell you about the fate and background of certain characters and how the world came to be.

• Late-Game Cooking Recipes

  It is essential that you take advantage of the fishing spots on each island as you progress through the game and fish whenever possible. This is because most of the powerful late-game cooking recipes require plenty of raw fish material to make.

• Change your Brightness Settings

  Some of the locations in Sea of Stars, like the Cursed Woods are darker than others and dimly lit. It is recommended that you increase the brightness in the 'Options' menu so you are able to see clearly in the forest without having to interact with the crystals that need to be switched on in order to get a light source.

• Use Relics

  Make sure you enable Relics in the 'Game Menu' as doing so will enable you to unlock boosts that will make your journey just a little bit easier.
