You can’t really frame a student for murder, but if you kick a bad girl/boy, they’ll start chasing and try to attack you. Lead them to the shop, or if the teacher isn’t there, the teachers office and have them attack a teacher (by running behind them). They’ll start chasing them.
You can also lead them to a Sakura. Just.. Back away really fast because she’ll call for reinforcements, and some of the Sakuras carry rocket launchers (they don’t exactly have the best aim either)
