Praise the one you want to have as a lover again and again. To praise him/her, click 'A' to talk to her/him and a set of options will appear, along with his/her information. You can also give sweets and toys to him/her.
To buy toys, you must go to the arcade. To buy sweets, you can go to the store near Tomoko Itoh's house, cafe or the shop in the school.
When you praise him/her enough number of times, a 'confess' button will appear when you click 'A'. Dont click the 'confess' immediately, though. Eventually your soon-to-be lover will appear with lots of heartmarks (you also will have heartmarks). Then, you can confess to him/her and you can have a lover.
