Go near a Naoko, they are located at the made cafe, buger shop and clothing shop. Just stand and they will cure you slowly. Side effect is that you will be extremely hungry after you turn back to human.
If you become a zombie go to the store infront of school not the hamburger store go to the desserts store the sellers will going to heal you
