SaGa Frontier Remastered Cheats and Tips

Use the following trick at the Scrap Junk shop to get items which you can either equip or sell for cash. To perform it you need to select 'Koorung', then 'Scrap', and finally 'Junkyard'. Talk to the three lizards there and choose 'Buying'. In order to do this you will need 600 credits, but the cost will increase the further you progress into your campaign. You will now be able to pick up three junk items in the garbage area which will turn into random loot. Return to the lizards and select the 'Selling' option, then highlight 'Hyperion' and press the 'A' button on your controller twice and close the menu. Now go back to the garbage area and grab some more items and repeat the process. Continue doing this until you are happy with your haul. Although this trick will not earn you a ton of cash you will be able to get some great items which can either be equipped or sold. The important thing to remember while you are doing this trick is that you must not exit the Junkyard otherwise you will need to play the lizards to rummage through the garbage again.

In between the campaign missions in SaGa Frontier Remastered there will be 'break' points where the game allows you to freely explore and do what you want until you return for your next mission. Use this time to explore your area in order to find the travel station. This basically involves exploring the different buildings until you find a room that has uniformed men behind a counter. Once you have found the travel station you will be able to reach all the different areas in SaGa Frontier Remastered and your chosen lead character will be able to tackle any side quests that are available for them to do there. This is worthwhile spending time doing as it will enable you to recruit additional party members, get new magic, and find useful grinding spots, all of which will help you in the main campaign.

There are certain parts of the story in SaGa Frontier Remastered where you will be taken to an area that doesn't have an exit which can result in you becoming irreparably stuck. It is therefore important that you utilize the Quicksave in order to help prevent this from happening. Quicksave has it's own slot so if you do find yourself struggling to make your way through an area you can simply reload the game. However, if you enter a new area and save over your regular file there is nothing you can do if the enemies you encounter are too strong.

In order to do this exploit you will need between 8,000 - 10,000 credits, but they will be credits well spent as this exploit will enable you to make money easily. To perform the exploit you need to select 'Koorung', then 'Owmi', and finally 'Nelson'. At the hub area talk to the man who is selling Gold Ingots for 500 gold and spend all your money on them. Return to Koorung and enter the first building you come across when you leave the port. There you will find a man that buys Gold Ingots. If you now hold your D-pad you will sell all the Gold Ingots you acquired to him. As the selling price of gold has increased you will be able to earn some extra credits. With the extra profit your earned return to the man selling the Gold Ingots at Nelson and repeat the process, keep doing this until you have the desired amount of credits. It is important to remember for this exploit to work you must sell lots of Gold Ingots at a time so the selling price increases substantially.
