The graphics in Rogues Life are beautiful and the gameplay itself is smooth and involves building up your earned (bought) characters by giving them upgradeable equipment that would fill each character’s five slots. The equipment for the slots is gathered by doing menial labour tasks such as picking up wood boards, writing stuff, or sitting down and reading. Unlike other bullet hell shooters Rogue's Life doesn't require precise movements and almost perfect timing, this doesn't mean the game is easy though, it just gives it an arcade-y feel when it comes to the evasion/shooting error margin. There are several Game Modes you can explore including Gap of Dimension, Duel, Adventure, Quest and Kingdom of Defense.
