Introduction

Rock Band and Guitar Hero are just about the same, but personnaly I like Rock Band better because of the drums, the 1 player bass playing oppertunities, and the singer. Guitar Hero you can't really play bass in one player, and comes with nothing else. Right now I would have to go with Rock Band graphics are good, and the song recordings are good.

Graphics

The graphics for this game are really to good, but I think the various instruments can sometimes slow the game down, causing gameplay to be difficult, and possibly crashing your PS2. In some ways the Rock Band game is good in graphics but, in others, it can be a bad game for guitar sim beginners, because of the disc lock ups and the game freezing, if you are playing with a friend who plays on Expert or something. Guits=ar Hero is definitely better for beginners.

Sound

I really like the sound, the song recordings are very good quality,and none of them are just stolen from the original publisher. I mean really good quality, the songs are very clear, and you can hear everything in the background, like nothing is drowned out by the drums or anything.

Gameplay

Gameplay is very good,but that's just my personnal opinion, mostly because I like these kind of games, and I am really into music, so it can sometimes help reviews if someone's opinion is included. I like the game overall anyway, but gameplay counts for a big chunk of my grade when I rate games.

Lastability

Ill just give this a 10 because I don't exactly know what it is, but I have to put 250 charcaters so I don't want to write too much about me just ranting on about how I don't know what "lastability" means.

Overall

10 out of 10 overall, mostly because this is a really good game, and I think it should recieve an award or something like Guitar Hero did, but really this is a really great game, and if you are planning to buy a game like this, definitely by Rock Band, remember, though, that this is based on my opinion, and other people could think different, so read their reviews and then decide.
