There is a house right beside the Arsenal in :::, if you press and hold e onto a door, you will be greeted into a room called "???", if you put a slime key in (Crafting it,) you can then be able to possibly kill a prince slime! Do note that if you make multiple keys there is a bug in the game where it will take ALL of them at once, so only make one key, and use it, and then repeat the process over and over.
