It is important that you prioritize Dodge Notes in Rhytm Sprout as they enable you to figure out the timing of the bosses. During Dodge Notes the enemies attack and if you miss that note you can go down fast. Other notes you can miss a few and it will only slow you down, not hurt you.

It is recommended that you use Beginner mode to adjust before you attempt each level in Rhythm Sprout. Doing this can help you get into the flow of each song, and since Rhythm Sprout has various different genres, you will be able to get the timing of those songs better this way. Although it is slower than the standard mode, Beginner mode will allow you to become familiar with the level's song and rhythm.

When you beat each level in Rhythm Sprouts you will unlock a mode called EX Mode which allows you to play the level using modifiers. Playing EX Mode is a good way to come to grips with Rhythm Sprouts' difficulty spikes.

Consider playing Rhythm Sprout with a controller as the mouse and keyboard can make the movement feel a bit sluggish. Playing with a controller will enable you to maneuver around the game's world a lot better since you will be able to hit notes consistently that way.
