How do you access wells?

In order to do access wells you need to obtain an item called the Well Wheel which is done through a quest which you can undertake after you have beaten Castle Dimitrescu by defeating Alcina Dimitrescu. To get the quest you need to interact with Duke at the Emporium who will tell you to find a house with a red chimney. This will take you to West Old Town where you will be able to find the house just below 'Maiden of War' on the map. When you are inside the house you will see two wooden barrels, and the Well Wheel is lying on top of them, and you will now be able to access any Wells you find.
