How do you get the Mask of Rage?

To get the Mask of Rage you first have to go to the Atelier and complete the Five Bells Puzzle. Once you have solved it go to the Attic and rooftop, there you will need to be careful of the harpies. Keep walking until you reach the zipline in the Belfry tower on the right side of the map and use it to land in the Tower of Rage and obtain the Mask of Rage.
