To get the Overqualified achievement/trophy you must beat the second boss in the game, which is Lord Butter, without taking any damage from hits. The easiest way to get this is to save this achievement/trophy for after you have completed the game and then take advantage of the bomb ability by doing the following.

Once the game starts simply lay down bombs on cooldown right where you start and then smack them up to the boss, this will then result in you only having to hit him a further 1 or 2 times in the game to beat him.
