Unlock Hero Concept:
Save the game when the game has successfully been completed and then continue on the cleared 'Save' file and finish Tokyo area 1.
Unlock Carnage as a Playabe Character:
To unlock this Spider-Man villain you must play through Co-Op mode and he will become unlocked.
