Well it all depends on yours and their decks and if they benefit each other
But in my opinion
Probalay in this game almost anyone other then 3rd tier or people like Damon, Mindy,Jasmine, Bonaparte, Fontaine, Sadie, Dorothy, also Zane ( Dark) is a good and bad partner especially with that card that takes out half of his deck for the cards in graveyard( depending on who you are facing)
But best partner for me
Jaden, Alexis, Chazz, Jesse( he's my partner now but he is good but dosen't help you win everytime) also Syrus, Tyranno, Aster, Good Zane, Atticus, Bastion, Jim and etc
It depends on them there deck and your deck just say you had jaden as a partner (like me) it's good to use elemental heros because he uses elemental heros so it maks it easyer to fusion summon
