you can't completely change your partners deck

you can get the six samurai cards on banner of courage booster pack (you can get it by defeating the ra yellow tournament)

you can get the neo-spacians in a fresh new taste booster pack (you can get it by finishing at least 50 floors of the visitor from the abyss mini-game or reaching level 40)
