Talk to him loads give him loads of samdwiches and duel him loads then he will send you a email for a duel do the duel and keep talking to I'm and stuff and he will ask to be your partner

Talk to him lots. Duel him and give him sandwiches and he will send you an email and asks you to meet him someplace.
