You cannot unlock blair as a girl beacause I've finished the game and you never see blair as a girl but I think that in tag force two you can unlock her.
You can unlock blair. First, you get the 3 items by increasing yr relationship with zane, syrus and alexis till 4 hearts. Each of them will give you somthing. Then, give them all 3 to blair during dinnertime at 7pm in the cafe, after she runs away when you give her all 3, find her at the NW of slifer dorm during lesson time and get to be her partner
No you can see her at 12 o`clock during class but you have to duel her but you have to win if you want to be her partner you can inly do this when you complete three persons zane,syrus,and,alexis to four hearts
