'System Failure' to unlock MVP Civilian attire but got checked for both challenges in week 5&7.

'System Failure' to unlock MVP Civilian attire but got checked for both challenges in week 5&7.

Hi there, I know this thread is old cos of the obvious - the game is old. But it's all good to go back to playing some old games now and then. So, wanna unlock MVP Civilian attire and did the requirements, talked to MVP for that week 5 tag challenge against Truth & Conseqc, won and by design I was scheduled to play them again for their titles in wk 7, won that as well. Now this should've unlocked the attire for MVP @ the beginning of the nxt wk but to my surprise, it didn't! I checked the "challenge match" on my in-game phone and it was rightly checked for both wk5&7 but the in the "unlock list", MVP civilian attire is still missing. Is there something that I missed (I doubt it though) or why exactly is this so? Never faced any problem with unlockables but with this one only. Before you answer/ask me a question I have to say this, I've DONE EVERYTHING RIGHT TO GET IT UNLOCKED so I don't wanna be asked if I talked to MVP in wk 5, or won the tag match, or this or that. The only thing you can ask is if I decided to hit Orton or not backstage but that doesn't affect the storyline whatsoever. Am planning on completing the story, unlock Vince then use the 'time machine' to skip back to wk 5 and redo that challenge, but any response will be appreciated.
