I would like a druid better because they can cast spells and have awesome clothing.
freckle answered:

A druid is good, but the knight is better because the knight can dual wield two one handed wepons, the max hit that I have ever done was about 1300! No lie.the down side is that you have to advance to level 13 before you can use it.

mighty spartan army answered:

I have a knight but have yet to find out what a druid turns out like. Knights are overall the best melee class out there, but there isnt many spells to learn, if any. (i say this because some may think things like shield bash is a spell)

Right now my knight is level 12, and I started him 2 hours ago. He does around 120 damage with the weapon 'Titan' (check out my guide to see how to get good items at low levels, it's in hints section)

I'll make a druid soon though, once this knight is near level 40.

Devil Cow answered:

Honestly, I would say Knights are pretty good. They can duel wield, so can Berserkers, but I haven't played as all the characters and beat the game with all of them.

Devil Cow answered:

I think the Knight is better because the special abilities are awesome. With dual wield, I can hit a critical of 2500. And referring to your max hit, Freckle, 1300 is nothing! Sorry but it is.

zephex answered:

I would rather be a Druid because when you get to learn the spell tempest it's really easy to defeat enemy bosses with that spell and bow and arrows. The technique is to summon the tempest when you face a boss then switch to bow and arrows. Attack the enemy boss while the tempest is attacking the boss and holding him off. So I think Druid is the best there is.

Guest answered:

Ive gone through as both characters and the night is better as he can use two ONE-HANDED weapons. the druid has good magic but the knight does more damage with melee weapons

Guest answered:

Druids are better, hands down. When you level up knights, you just find better ways to swing your sword and you don't have any aoe dmg. Although, with a druid, you learn different magic spells ie: pets, aoe spells, and even healing spells. Once you level these spells to the max, they are a lot more helpful than knights.

Guest answered:

I personally chose Druid as my character when I started. It's fairly easy to level up because Druids are perfect with bow and arrows and way better then dueling 2 handed wepons. You don't have to get near the enemy because when you summon a pet which distracts the enemy(s)then you get a chance to take them down with your bow and arrow with taking much or any damage.

Guest answered:

The truth is, both knights and druids are equally effective in their own right, providing you are comfortable with what you have and know how to take advantage of it. I have never used a knight, but I have used a druid. Regenerating health and power can be a major turnaround in your favor. Mend Wounds helps with not using potions when you are not in battle. My druid was a three-way hybrid between melee, range, and magic, and it seemed to work for me. As for a knight build, when I begin with the knight as my character, I am sure there will be some combinations that will work for me. All that matters is that you are comfortable with what you have.
