Finding wee man on the level

I'm having a bit of trouble finding wee man and the special guest on the level kyoto can anybody tell me where he is?

go to the subway by the skate park and look for a ramp next to a dude with ? over his head. jump up that ramp and grap the ladder. there is air vent up there. ( this is for the special guest)

for Wee Man, go to the red doors neer the middle of the city. when you go through them and you will notice ramps. go the ones connecting you to the red doors below.(not the one in front of you, thats just a drop to some ramps below and a wire that you can grind to a rooftop ramp) now when you go up the ramps i said about connecting to the red doors, there's Wee Man waiting for ya! (also, there is another air vent next Wee Man) I am glad to help you. (Guest for this site, AKA Darkreign: that's my psp name)by. =]
