Try using your graplle at the shields and when they try to use there green laser pick the shield up then shoot it
You MUST defeat them! First you must do centaurus raged. If one of 'em will run to you, do dodge, and shoot if on head there'll be red circle. Then, he will be stun. Use your grapple to take shield from him and do it with second creature. If it's done rage up one centaurus. He'll be trying to do, that you will be rock. A the moment take a shield and he'll be a rock! Excatly now, use (I think it's the best) Shotgun. Do it 'til you kill them.
Do not skip this level. It teaches you how to beat future centaurians and how to do the adrenaline rush. The way I beat them is to keep moving and flipping while you are locked on. This will enrage them and one will charge you. Keep moving. As he charges you the background will blur. Push the O button and she will dodge. Two white circles will come from the sides and when they meet on his forehead they will turn red. FIRE. Remember you have to stay locked on your target. If they freeze you look in right corner it tells you to use the left toggle and shake it from side to side to unfreeze yourself. If you can't commit to an adrealine dodge cause not time just crouch and he will go right over you. If the green stream time comes just put your weapons away and they wont attack. Hope this helps.
