During gameplay I've noticed my crafting skills have stopped leveling up after reaching 100%, and yet I've noticed some of my recipes require my skill to be higher than 100% in order to use some of those recipes. How do I raise my Crafting skills? Is wearing certain types of equipment that raise my crafting skills the only way to get my skills past 100%?
