Here's how: complete the last major quest in Doupland, then Mormo will say that you can travel to Gavada by pressing the L and R buttons to switch from Doupland to Gavada. Once in Gavada you'll meet Eugene Gallado, and Annie Barrs who say you have to leave right after arriving. No biggie, you then continue completing quests in Gavada, and as you complete quests, their will be a quest that appears called: "Test your skills with Senel". THIS is the quest you must complete in order to obtain the Ninja Invitation.(NOTE: this quest will only appear if your Current job is a FIGHTER.)Defeat Senel as a Fighter, then talk to Senel in the Plaza after getting your reward, and he'll brag on about how strong you've gotten, then he'll give you the "NINJA INVITATION".
