First go to jellyfish fields. Then keep right till you see it
First you have to take the bus to jellyfish fields. Then just keep going right until you come to the tree that blocks the path to kelp forest then take the whirlpool to go to the top of the tree and you are there. But make sure you unlock the wirlpool rom your second karate practice with sandy.
