Kelp forest don't know but sandys house in spongebob house place... Right untill end go up and right all time....
You don't go to the kelp forest.You have to learn the rageing worlwind from sandy and go to mr.krabs house near Rock bottom but before you go to his house you have to go up and use the worlwindand there it is!
The nickel is in the crusty crabs. Go to the bus station and use the super power. Keep the box and climb the wall. Then cross the other wall. Walk a little and go towards the upper arrow being shown. Use the whirlpool and you get the nickel
