You can't sell cars but there is a way to get a car for free you have to unlock the car first it saves money. Here is the link. Http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=InjE6H-3K8Q
No you can't so be wise about your choice hint:(at the start of the game don't turn auto save on. You will have to save it auto-matically but you can buy cars and do them up and if you don't like them just load your game)

Thats actually kinda stupid you cannot sell your car in NFS carbon OTC
Go to safehouse select car then select career controls and select sell car.
