How can I unlock the tsuchikage

From what I've been able to find out, it's impossible to unlock the tsuchikage in the game. Sorry mate!
I think you can unlock 3rd tsuchikage,5th mizukage and other characters by accomplishing all videos,wallpaper ,music and by completing all your grades in every mission,tag mission,and extra mission and all bounties
During you first play the game.
Me I Unloked 5th Mizukage and 3rd tsuchikage when I unloked all wallpapers , musics , videos , tag & extra missions and all bounties . What he say is correct.
It's Easy. Why you all hard trying? Just fight sasuke in final mission using all character in all difficulity
Unlock Neji Hyuga by beating ultimate road ×3 times then beat all extra missions with neji than the two kage'
S are unlocked
I think if you finish every thing in the game,mabye you will get sage of six paths
Finish everything in the game you will get sage of six paths naruto in impact
Tsuchikage can't be unlocked or be used. Same goes for the Meisukage.
