There are no cheats for this game at all, you could have saw this by looking everywhere and not seeing a place to enter cheats.
Hey I think I know how. You should play the battle spoken with eyes on very hard mode. Every time you defeat danzo you level up. Keep on doing this several times and you can get lv 99 sasuke
Try battling in this stage on super hard difficulty the name of the stage is final mission in extra mission mode now a very important thing you should mind is this you must equip these 4 cards the name are 1 [shadow clone training] 2 [shima] 3 [last card] you will get this card after completing all mision in extra mission mode 4[fukasaku] the better character is itachi just use his tsukiyomi attack you must have these cards 2&3&4
