Select Pain 2 or Pain 3 and select "Earth Crack" as his Jutsu, and repeatedly Spam it until they're dead.(Make sure you select the Chalkra Recovery Tactic so your chalkra recharges over and over)

Select "Neji Hyuga" as your payable Character, Select "Feather Illusion Jutsu" as his Special Attack, hit them With Feather Illusion the make them sleep, then repeatedly combo them with Neji's Gentle Fist combo which is the Circle Button. Repeatedly use "Feather Illusion" on them, and also, Acivate Neji's Byakugan Mode when Awakening is full, and He'll decrease their Chalkra as well as their health. Just remember to use the Chalkra Recovery Tactic to make it easier to repeatedly use Feather Illusion, and you should win. It took me a few tries, but I beat both of them, and got the 20-hit Combo as well. Hope this helps. PS. If the Chalkra Recovery Tactic Doesn't help then Select the Greatly increases Speed, Attack, and Defense Tactic.

use gaara and keep pressing ooo until 20 hits then wait for them to get up and do the ultimate jutsu then there dead

well to me i used all the characters but vstill nothing, i almost defeated them with kiba because of the fang over fang bit, if you say use negi and vthose tactics i will. ps.thank you very much.

1 - Select 'Book of Tactics: Activation'
2 - Select Neji
3 - Select 'Feather Illusion Jutsu'
4 - As soon as the fight starts, hit Triangle and use the jutsu to put both Minato and Obito to sleep.
5 - Straight after use ultimate jutsu on Minato (You DON'T want him getting into Flash mode or else it's over)
6 - Repeat steps 4 and 5 until Minato is defeated, then continue to use these steps on Obito too.

Keep in mind you'll want to get them both to sleep at the same time.

4. When you see your friend's name in the waiting room select that friends name to start the mission with 2 or more players.
5. Select your playable character from there,and the rest is simple.

simple,use sasuke or itachi uchiha then,select chakra recovery..pick the poison fog as your ninjutsu that way you can knock them out and reduce thier health..do it continously

I defeated them by using Jeraia but I do not achieved the 20 hit combo..

but u can also win by useing the tactics (Book of Tactics: Activation) and use itachi uchiha and use the ninjutsu (Amaterasu) and sins u used that tactics ur chakura will continously refilling so that means u can continously use (Amaterasu) but the problem is i dont know where to get the Book of Tactics: Activation so yah

Its easy. Take Gaara as your player, take Feather illusion Jutsu, when they fall asleep, do your ultimate jutsu. (remamber to take a 20 thit combo and attack Minato First)
