Question for Naruto Shippuden Legends: Akatsuki Rising

How do you play Neji? All of his stats are very balance, means he's not specialize in anything. I've unlocked all of his abilities. The rotation is cool but it's range is so short, and the spinning time is short too, Naruto's clone spinning is much stronger. The 8 trigram is strong, but leaves you vulnerable when there a lots of enemies, and it's hard to use it on bosses cause they can dodge it. The air palm range is not very far either. He is my favorite character and the one I want to play the most. But I don't know how to properly play him.
