To get character scrolls use must do survival mode. Defeat the challenges which has your characters in it. For example :Mission 4 : vs The Leaf's Team Kakashi. If you succeed, you may get Naruto's Scroll , Sakura's Scroll , Kakashi's Scroll. These Scrolls have different effects on the characters. For example : Naruto's Scroll - 20 Ninjutsu.
