I've noticed that a Character's Skill Scroll Slots Increase when he/she reaches a certain level. Exactly when does a character's skill scroll slots increase? Sasori's skill scroll slots increased upon reaching lv. 41. So will all the characters' skill scroll slots increase at Lv. 41 or does it vary with each character?

I think it varies but you can buy an Enlightenment pill from the shop and increase the amount of slots that way... Hope I helped
