How to transform into the nine tails mode?

U have nine tail power but can't transform into nine tail.Nine tail power is a jutsu where naruto can learn
First Equip the "Nine-Tails Power" Scroll to Naruto in the "Setup"(Triangle Button), or the "Customize" section of the Game.
Next use the left and Right Arrow keys to scan through The Ninjutsu Screen until you see: "Nine-Tails Power" then press Triangle Button to activate it.
NOTE: Naruto won't be in Nine-Tails Cloak(having Fox Ears and Tail(s)) when activated, but Naruto will take less Damage from enemy attacks, and Deal more Damage to enemies as long as this status is active.
First you open Mario's scrolls and then you see nine tails power then activate it and press triangle then the left and right arrow buttons leading to transformation.
